For a destination like Tahiti, nothing helps build awareness and drive sales like frequent personal contact. We carry out a schedule of regular in-person events across the US and Canada to position your brand top-of-mind with qualified agents and wholesalers and keep it there.
Product Training
Working collaboratively with our airline and wholesaler partners and with Tahiti Tourisme, we routinely - and repeatedly - visit the major metropolitan areas in the US and Canada. For 2025, our schedule of training, receptions and trade shows targets 25 cities, in which we project a reach of 2,000+ unique travel professionals.
In 2024, we launched a highly successful "Tahiti Discovery" lunch and dinner series. Targeting cities with high densities of top travel agents, these educational sessions are a cost-effective way for our clients to cultivate relationships with some of the market's most proactive and productive sellers.
PROST Networking Events
Manatū Marketing is a proud member of PROST, a members-only travel industry networking organization that connects top travel advisors with travel suppliers through monthly chapter events across the country.
Each PROST chapter—ranging from Seattle to New York—hosts one event per month exclusively for members, providing consistent, high-quality opportunities to build relationships, stay current on travel trends, and promote new products or offerings.
As a member of a California chapter, Manatū Marketing has access to attend events hosted by most other chapters nationwide. We actively participate in 1 to 3 PROST events per month throughout Southern California, rotating between the Los Angeles, Orange County, Desert Cities, Beach Cities, and San Diego chapters. Travel and scheduling permitting, we also attend additional PROST events in other key markets across the U.S.
Our regular presence at these gatherings ensures that the brands we represent remain top of mind with influential advisors and well-connected travel professionals.

Trade Shows
Manatū Marketing provides tailored trade show representation based on each client’s budget, consortia affiliation, and strategic objectives. We work closely with our clients to develop annual participation plans that align with their goals, ensuring meaningful exposure to qualified travel advisors and key industry players.
Our 2025 calendar includes a mix of national and regional trade shows, including those led by leading consortia, tour operators, and tourism boards. We also participate in high-impact events hosted by industry organizations such as PATA (Pacific Asia Travel Association), ASTA (American Society of Travel Advisors), and ARTA (Association of Retail Travel Agents).
