As the premier inter-island airline of French Polynesia, Air Tahiti has been proudly connecting the islands for over 65 years. Headquartered in Papeete, this Tahitian-owned and operated carrier is the backbone of regional air travel—efficiently transporting more than 600,000 passengers annually across one of the most geographically dispersed territories in the world.

With a robust and reliable network that serves 47 islands and atolls, Air Tahiti plays a critical role in both the daily life of local communities and the seamless movement of international travelers exploring the archipelagos. In 2023, the airline expanded its footprint beyond French Polynesia with the launch of service to Rarotonga in the Cook Islands, enhancing regional connectivity across the South Pacific.

Air Tahiti is more than a transportation provider—it is a cultural ambassador and logistical lifeline, offering authentic service with the efficiency and reliability of a world-class regional airline.

Aranui Cruises delivers one of the most extraordinary voyages in the world—a Tahitian-owned, custom-built hybrid vessel that serves a dual purpose: transporting passengers on a once-in-a-lifetime cultural expedition, while simultaneously supplying essential goods to the remote Marquesas Islands.

For over 40 years, the Aranui 5 has been the vital link between Tahiti and the Marquesas, delivering freight to communities spread across this remote archipelago while welcoming adventurers aboard for a journey that is as enriching as it is rare. Guests are immersed in Polynesian hospitality, accompanied by an all-Tahitian crew and guided through landscapes steeped in myth, tradition, and history.

The Marquesas Islands—all six of which are recognized as part of a UNESCO World Heritage site for their exceptional cultural significance—offer a profound window into ancient Polynesian civilization. From sacred stone tikis and petroglyphs to the enduring customs of tattooing and storytelling, each port of call reveals a living heritage that few travelers have the opportunity to witness.

Aranui Cruises has earned global recognition, including ranking in Condé Nast Traveler’s Readers' Choice Awards as one of the Top 10 Small Ship Cruise Lines—a testament to its unique fusion of cultural immersion, breathtaking scenery, and meaningful travel.

In 2027, Aranui will welcome a new sister ship, Aranoa, which will extend this extraordinary concept to the Austral Islands, further expanding the company’s mission of connecting travelers with the soul of Polynesia.
